About This Dog

Scooby Doo's ideal home

Meet Scooby Doo! This clever approximately 8-year-old Cocker x Springer Spaniel is looking for a patient and understanding home that can help him rebuild his confidence. Scooby is an intelligent boy who loves using his brain, enjoys playing with his toys and absolutely adores water. While he can be a little anxious in unfamiliar situations, once he knows and trusts you he is a very affectionate companion who loves spending time with his favourite people. Scooby enjoys exploring new places, playing fetch and even has a special teddy bear that helps him feel safe when he's worried.

Could you be Scooby Doo's perfect match?

Scooby is looking for a calm home with secondary school aged children who can understand when he needs a little space. He would like to be the only dog in the home, although he can enjoy doggy friends out and about on walks. Following a recent house move, Scooby has found being left alone difficult, so any leaving hours will need to be built up gradually with support and guidance.
This bright boy already knows several commands and loves learning, making him a great companion for adopters who enjoy training and enrichment activities. He would benefit from confidence-building, loose lead walking training and plenty of mental stimulation through games, scent work and puzzle feeders. Friendly with visitors and affectionate once settled, Scooby is looking for a family who can help him feel secure again and enjoy all the things he loves most.
If you're looking for a clever, loving companion who will thrive with patience, understanding and plenty of adventure, Scooby Doo could be the perfect match
