About This Dog for Adoption

Hamilton's ideal home

Hamilton is a vocal boy who likes to meet people with a big bark. He is searching for his forever home who can build his confidence and work on appropriate introductions to new people. He would be best suited to live with a family with experience of working breeds/spaniels. Although Hamilton is happy to have walking friends he would much prefer to be the only dog in the home. Hamilton has shown to be uncomfortable with some forms of formal handling and therefore would be best suited to live with teenagers in the home who can respect his space and boundaries. His adopters should want to continue positive work on his handling and grooming. He will need a private and secure garden that he can enjoy with his family. Hamilton is currently on a weight loss programme and this will need be continued in his forever home.

Could you be Hamilton's perfect match?

Handsome Hamilton is a wonderful boy who greets his favourite handlers with a waggy tail and body. He loves going on adventurous walks and is always eager to show off his sit and lay down. Hamilton loves chasing after tennis balls and is will always tell you when to throw it again. Hamilton loves a tasty treat but is currently on a weight loss programme so these will need to be appropriately managed. He likes going on adventurous walks, getting his nose to the ground and meeting other dogs on the way. He is a great boy with lots of character and is sure to make a great addition to his forever family.
